WTB: 72x18 Canopy

Well now that I've got my new halide fixture, I'm going to need a canopy for it to sit on. I was thinking of mounting it from the ceiling, but I've shy'd away from that due to con specifics.

If anyone knows a company in the area that could craft one of these for a reasonable amount, I would be interested. Of course, I would supply the plans.

Since I need the canopy to be open top, I'm not really looking for a pre-manufactured one, but for the right price, I would consider it. In this case I would prefer it to be black.

I am planning on doing the same to hide some of my equipement but not enclose the fixture.

I have a friend that has offered to make one for me but getting both our schedules to comply has been the only problem.

Well this fixture is 73" so putting it inside the canopy isn't going to be an option. I think having it on top will work out better in the end anyway.

If I were to provide plans, you think he could shoot me a quote? It's nothing fancy, just 3 sided, with some front doors and a few inside supports.

Alright, just shoot me a txt or pm whenever he's ready. I'll try to draw it up tonight. Unpainted is fine too, I can take care of that part. I'm thinking of doing the inside white to cut down on heat and reflect light also.
