It is a nice tank if it is the one I am thinking of. Is this the one that Delock, jughead, and I helped you move? Were you informed (or could you tell) of whether or not it was set up an salt by the immediately previous owner?
Scarecrow : I haven't got a brain... only straw.
Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.
Yes Tim, this is the tank that you guys helped me move....The previous owner did run salt water in it.
Again, there are several scratches that can be seen even with water in the tank. The tank is drilled with three 1 inch or better holes on the bottom. The silicone shows some wear, as the approximate age of this tank is over 10 years I believe.
I can show a little latitude on the price as long as any offer is strickly cash.

Truth is the cement that holds the bricks and stones of a sane and civilized society together. Remove the former and the latter will crumble.
Can't tell by the pic, is the back of the tank painted ? I'm getting wood floors this week in my den/fishroom and a large tank is my next item, but it would be in the middle of the room as a room divider, not against a wall.
On the scratches. A few, several, a lot ?? How high in the water column ? Can they be partially hidden with decor ?
It's a piece of plastic on the back of the tank. The scratches are mainly in the front of the tank, mostly single scratches not that visible unless you allow the algae to grow over them.
I recommend you come by and take a look if you are still interested.
thanks
CF
