on one that small the membrane replacement cost almost as much as the whole unit and a used one is not really much of a deal. The price on those has really come down  lot in the last couple of years.  Try http://www.airwaterice.com/ they have some really good units at very good prices. If you needed something in the 500 gpd or larger there is a place here in town that builds some very high quailty units at very good prices.
I use one of the airwaterice 100gpd as a back up for my 600 gpd unit and have had it for years and it has worked just fine when I use it.
Over on the HAS website, Dan from gulf coast discus had a 200 gpd unit with a 6 month old memberane listed for $150, I don't know if he still has it. Depending on how much he used it, the membrane should be good for another six months if it has not been allowed to go dry.
