Moving out - 20G Long with plants, holey rock and wood

I have a 20 Long, planted with Eco-complete/Pool Filter Sand mix. There are jungle valls, Anubias, Java Moss. There is also dirftwood and a holey rock in center. Comes with Power filter and 100W Pro-Heat heater. Fish are not included but we can discuss their prices as I have other fishes available.

I am moving out so preferbly I can sell the tank as is without parting. $45 takes it. Thanks!
