I recently bought a 115 Oceanic setup off craigslist and paid $250 for it. I wondered why it was so cheap but couldn't find anything wrong until I went home and removed the overflow boxes. Saw a hairline crack by 1 of the drilled holes. You can't feel the crack with your hand but you can see it in the middle of the glass. I did not bother trying to setup the tank and fill it with water. Although I'm positive it won't leak I didn't bother risking it. It will likely hold water for a unknown period of time then just crack completely.
The stand is in great condition and is mahogany or cherry wood color as well as the canopy. A possible fix for the tank would be get a piece of glass cut to the tank's dimensions and get holes drilled the same size as the ones already on the tank and silicon it to the bottom of the tank from the inside... I still have the overflow boxes if you want them. I was told the crack is due to "stress".
p.s. The glass all around the tank is really THICK. I think that's Oceanics style. The piece of glass for the bottom of the tank is about half an inch thick....The crack is about 2-3'' long
