  • LF: Any Plant Clippings You Can Spare.

I am new to this hobby and so far I have an empty tank with some Eco-complete. Does anyone have any small clippings they can spare like HC?

Also, does anyone know where I can find some aquarium rock?

I just trimmed some of my Rotala Indica the other day. They should be up for another trim in 2 weeks. How big is your tank?

What area in houston are you located in?

Variety of rocks can be found very cheap at a landscaping or rock yard. I know sometimes when i go pick up smaller pieces for my smaller tanks they even let me have them free as they are large pieces

I just went to an excellent rock yard that's very close to your area. Check out nepco.cc. They not only have a large selection to choose from, but I think they are the friendliest rock yard I've been to.

I will have plants to offer soon, but I'm going to first try to sell what I can to offset the money I pay to get plants for my tank. I wouldn't mind giving you what doesn't sell. I'm currently setting up a new 90g cichlid tank, but once I get that in order, I absolutely must trim and rescape my 75g planted. I'll end up with far more plants than I'll know what to do with so I'm sure there will be leftovers. Check with me in about a week.

I may be able to spare you some (couple of stems) Blyxia Japonica and Wisteria. I'll see what I end up with when I do my next trim.
