14g Biocube Must sell ASAP

I have a 14 gallon biocube for sale. It was listed a while back with everything in it for 450. I have given away some of the corals and now i am ready for the rest to go.

At any store this tank is 300$ easy not including rock, sand, corals, or fish.

This tank has been up for a year, with no aptasia, majanoes or any pleagues that some encounter. The rock is beautifully colored with pinks reds and greens (about 20 to 30 lbs). I have several good sized frag pieces of zoas, and even some mushrooms, and a torch coral. Also included is two clown fish, a maroon and ocellaris clow that actually get along. Also hermits and snails.

This is sale includes 14g Biocube Tank, biocube stand, biocube protien skimmmer, live rock, live sand, coral frags, fish, supplements, and all for 250$ I need this gone this week so make offers but please no lowballing me.

For 300$ i will throw in rodi system 110gpd (Almost brand new)

Just wondering, how much for the fish, hermits, snails and corals alone?

Ok so after thought here is an update.

corals= 100$
1. several zoa frags
2. green trumpet coral 5 heads now
3.two head torch
4.Orange and purple shrooms, also green stripe
5. gsp, yellow star polyps frags
7. 2 snails
8. 2 clown fish
9. 3 or 4 hermits
10. two big kenya trees
11. All live rock 20 to 25 lbs covered in coraline, and no pests.
