Just let you know that Orconectes Durelli is not a real tiger or zebra lobster. Orconectes Durelli is U.S native and the tiger/zebra lobster (Cherax sp) is an Asian native. I used to own zebra lobster (Cherax sp) and they kept dying, so I gave up on them. I'll check on several LFS for you.
-125 gallons: 1 SR Arowana, 1 red tail giant gouramy, 1 Giraffe Catfish.

-55 gallons: 18 clown loaches, 28 corydoras, 2 golden algae eaters, 3 moonlight gouramies, 6 tiger barbs.

To me, they pretty hard. My favorite is the Australian blue lobster (Cherax Quadratus) AKA Red Claws Crayfish. They live on wide range of environments and pretty cool color too.

I just picked up a zebra lobster yesterday at the fish gallery here in dallas. Them things are awesome to watch. I also own an australian blue lobster and he's quick to let my other fish know who's boss. The salesman at the gallery said them zebras are hard to come by.
