I think just the fry, but I believe they are 2-3 inches in size, an his asking price I think is $15-$18....but that is the ones he is selling, if there is enough interest in them, he will send me a few to put in the auction.

I dunno how many he has, but he said if I could find some people interested in them..he would send some for the GHAC Auction....he also has some other fishes that he is sending anyways..just wanted to know if there was interest in them....if I can get at least 10 ppl that would like to see them at the auction, he will send a few along with the other fishes an foods he is sending.

you know tropheus is schooling fish. people will either get all or get none.
I got only 10 at the FOTAS auction and had a hard time to look for more (same variant). but i was lucky that member in here was nice to spare me some.

He is also sending some red caped haps...think thats right...some electric blue jack dempseys(from a show winning pair) , some other malawi fish..think they are rostratus, and possibly some black calvus. He is getting it all together an going to ship it to me for holding next week...so I will tell ya'll more when I know what I got.

The other thing with these fishes...is everything he is sending down to me for the GHAC auction...the money made form them, is going to help him pay for his sons hospital bills. His son, after a stay at the hopital for a twisted gut/bowel surgery which is nothing to shake a stick at, made a pretty hefty bill. So he is sending fishes down here, I am paying for the shipping half of which he is going to pay me back for.....anyways, all the fish he is sending is going to the BIG hospital bill. So I hope ya'll open your hearts for this guy an his son...he has been a blessing to me as far as fish an advice goes. He is sending a bunch of food down too, all of which my fish have been redily eating, so hopefully we can all help him out. I can only imagine what it is like to have such a scary thing happen, an am trying to help him out myself......as much as I can.

I am sorry to hear that ... I wish I could help out. My friends German Shepard had this and had to have surgery and it put them back $7500 for the vet bill.. I cannot imagine what it would be for a human to have that surgery. I am thinking 10x that to have it accomplished. I hope your friends son is doing well and recovering well.

I know he said it was in the $20,000+ range...so I know the fish sales will not be enough to pay the bill...but at this point, he says anything will help. So I moved some of my guppies around, set up a few more "holding tanks" an am bringing everything he is sending to the GHAC auction. In hopes of making him some money to help him out.
