  • I'm looking to buy a 75 gallon tank or bigger, wheres cheap?

    Hi fella's,
I'm in west houston / katy, and looking to buy a 55-75 gallon tank or bigger, and looking for the best price.... I'll probably need some kind of stand with it also, any ideas on cheap place or used?

    Thanks...

As far as getting a used tank try craigs list, you can sometimes find a good deal if you are willing to wait for it. But who knows sometimes you can get lucky!!! You can also check around here on this board too.
In the area I would try Aqua Zoo in Webster off of Hwy 3 and El Dorado. They have some really great deals and can custom make you a tank and stand for a really great price. I see people that work at PetSmart/PetCo in there buying tanks, Aqua Zoo can beat the price they get even with their employee discount.  8O

Ooooh, I might just have to buy that stock tank off of craigs list. They make great turtle ponds.

For cheap tanks, try Fish Land at Westheimer and Synott.

If I was closer, I'd have already snatched up that stock tank! I plan on using those for grow-out tanks....

They are great! I've got a 300 gallon, 150 gallon, and a 50 gallon. They house turtles and mosquito fish though.
