wtb ram horn snails

need some snails to feed the puffer going to start a colony anybody know where i can get some?

i have tons of snails... not sure if they are ramshorn or pond..... you are free to take as many as i can collect

are you sure they aren't trumpet snails if not i will take any you are willing to give

i have trumpet snails too, but they are easy to tell apart

I used to get mine at Petsmart. They would let me take all I wanted for free.

no problem... if you want more i could probably start collecting some for you... i usually pull out a few each time i do water change and what not

that would be awsome i am going to try to get them to breed fast enough to feed the mbu on a regularr basis

ok ill try and save them in a small jar, and you can come pick them up when i get enough.

dont know it they will make it without air of some sort next time i come out there i can give you a small air pump for the jar

they will be fine... I have a small pickle jar with some red cherry shrimp... it has not air pump or filter... there are always plenty of them in there too...


plus im sure they can just come to the surface if needed
