you sure it wasnt this that you bought at HAW. When I was working there(a few months back) this is the botia we were bringing in. along with the zebra botia. This is Botia Angelicus

Chris, if you want them to fight snails....it's not going to happen.

I got some and my snails are still taking over.

they work in my tank. there's still some MTS but they hold the population down to a minimum

They do kill some snails, but you need a combo of things to kill all the snails.

Assassins in combination with loaches help.

get 5or more 6+" clowns and they should do a good job of taking on the mts.
