  • Frustration and recovery (WTB Aphyosemion bivitattum)

So for the past 2 days I hadn't seen my male Killiefish. Today I finally got frustrated, and after searching, found him behind the dresser, totally dried out. I know killies have been given termed carpet bling for a reason, but this seems ridiculous.

I'm looking for a replacement, a full adult would definately be preferred.

The frustrating part is not that he jumped out, but more that I can't figure out when. The tank is a 12-gallon eclipse, fully closed in. The only time the lid is off is to feed or clean the tank. I think/hope that if he jumped out while I was right in front of the tank, I would have seen him do it.
