Looks like a dark cherry. I don't know the manufacture. Bought this from Newb used. I belive he bought it used. Newb might have an idea how old it is. All I know it holds water fine.

Here is an image when I owened this tank. Not sure of the age of the tank...I bought it used from tbui. the canopy is an Oceanic canopy and matches the color of the stand almost perfectly. Good luck with your sale.
