I am firm on the $280.

This is what you get.
70 Gallon Nature's View, Dark Oak Trim, no leaks, no scratches, no issues.  It has fish and water in it right now if you need to take a look.

The tank has glass tops and 4ft light strip.  The light strip has less than a 3 month old bulb in it.  It has the Life-Glo 2 fluorescent bulb.  The glass tops have the plastic backstrips uncut, and have plastic hinges. One plastic hinge is broke and needs repalced.

The stand is a custom built cherry oak stained, and watersealed pine stand from Andy at Fishland. It has not issues whatsoever.  Looks Great!

The equipment that comes with it is as follows:
Emporer 400 filter - running right now
Emporer 280 filter - X2 one running, and one in the closet.  The one in the closet bio-wheel is floating in a spare tank.  It was running just fine when removed.
100 Watt Marineland Visitherm Stealth Heater less than 1 year old.
Coral Life Digital Thermometer

Decorations:
All the Holey Rock in the photos, EXCEPT the large boulder centerpiece.  I have smaller repalcement pieces if needed, I can give you.
The back is just royal blue wrapping paper, that can be removed easily if you want.

it was very nice meeting you Geoff......although i will say that i wasn't really looking forward to all the cleaning i have to do to get it up and running....hahahahahaha......but it's a very nice tank and stand and thanks for the extras too.....i'll post pics when i get it up and running sometime soon......

Hey...scrubbing algae off rocks is part of they hobby!  

I had fish in there and filters running until about 12 hours before you show'd up.  I guess I could have stayed up all night and took care of it.  Atleast I was not on the second floor... :wink:
