Absolutely gorgeous fish! He's about 5" with beautiful coloring and fins. I'd like $35 or best offer. How about $25 OBO? He's beginning to chase my peacocks in my 90g tank so I don't think I have a choice but to find another home for him.

Thanks, I appreciate it. I really don't want to let him go. He's my largest and favorite of my fish. But because he's the largest, he's also claiming too much of the tank for his territory. He's not biting any of the fish, but he's chasing them away.

Its not a Protomelas sp Taiwan though.

Its certainly an Aulonacara spp. Probably stuartgranti.

Okay, I'm going to re-identify this fish as Aulonocara stuartgranti "Ngara Flametail". This ID was listed twice on my card which I thought was a mistake. It looks like I ended up with an adult and juveniles! So this is the adult.

Sorry for the confusion. Still, same beautiful fish that needs a new home.

Okay, I finally got the right name for this fish. I am positive of this ID. It is Aulonocara koningsi Mbenji "Blue Regal". Sorry for the confusion.

Turns out this fish has a rare and unusual talent. He can cause the other fish to perform synchronized swimming!

I just looked over to notice that almost all of my yellow labs were standing still, lined up in a row across the front of my tank, all facing the same direction!

Then, as if all by cue, they suddenly darted off to swim when my beautiful blue peacock splashed at the surface of the tank (he likes to do it, but he's not jumping out). It was too funny to watch!

He doesn't chase any of the little fish, mainly just my German Red peacock that's somewhat shy. But it seems all the other fish are watching him!

So there you go! A fish that can create a team of synchronized yellow labs in your tank.
