My pictures are getting better. I think shooting at an angle with the camera and pressing half way down to focus before the shot helps. It may be you just need a camera with a faster shutter. It seems like they want to swim out of the picture or get out of focus when I try to take pictures. Taking a lot of pictures helps too. With the digital cameras it doesn't cost much to take many and select a few.
