I hooked this thing up as a return on my 120g and the flow was way too strong for 1) the tank & 2) the single 1" drain I have plumbed. I tried it on a couple of different occasions, different heights and distances. Nothing was going to make my drain keep up short of choking it off....and that is something I would never do. Anyway, I used it less than an hour total I suspect. It cost $300+ but since it looks like I wont use it in the near future Id like to get $150 if anyone is interested.
Ive also got a mag 12 with a new impeller ( like 2-4 mins water time for testing ) that Ive been keeping as a backup, but if somebody wants it Ill take $80 for it... mainly because I spent like $30 on the new impeller. Oh, I should note: This is the pump only. It looks very much like this
