I got a twin t-12 w/ 6700K's in it that ive been sitting on for months. comes with a plastic topper from my t-10 48". I have reflective metal tape inside already.

I got it for less then 10 bucks at home depot and got the bulbs for less then 10 for an 8 pack at home depot.

hell I dont know, its all the way up in chicago. Im just saying you got that route, it would costs more to ship it then what its worth.

Id say 10 bucks plus whatever shipping is if you really want it.
