i am from Dallas and have a few GT's but when i was in Houston i saw those fish all over the place. Also just food for thought, all those fish get pretty big. After about a year and a half you will need to Upgrade to a 2-3 times the size of a 55gal. Think long term. Just my 2cents.

New to all this. thought i get my ten year old son started with a small tank and move up to a 125-240 gallon tank later on. appreciate the input.
