FS.. cheap light fixture

i think this is a 36 inch light, not so sure... i bought it along with my tank and stuff and just been sitting there ever since i upgraded.. i'm tryng to sell it for $15 bucks... will sometimes have to twist the bulb so the connection will come back on.
