I bought this sometime last year with the intentions of cleaning it up and putting it on my new tank...
However, my new 100 gallon came with new lights so I don't need this anymore.
It does not have blubs and the brackets are a little rusty and need a little cleaning.
Other than that...it's great.
It comes with the seperate power box.
It's about 4 feet long. The power box says:

60 Hz
54Wx2
I also have this 15" blue moon lunar LED light strip thing.
Again, not sure what it's worth. I just want to get rid of it.
