Who is the manufacturer of the skimmer? And is it just the cylinder?

It has everything but the pump. My friend had it running with a Rio Hyperflow that croaked on him, so he just ended up converting his tank to freshwater. The pump is free to the buyer if you know how to work miracles. I'm not sure of the brand but it looks very much like a Precision Marine. Looks pretty high quality, someone tried to lowball me for less than $65 on craigslist b/c it was dirty with salt on it. Seriously. http://houston.craigslist.org/for/1721776451.html
