WTB: small angel (:

I am interested in buying a new angelfish for my community tank.

I purchased one from City Pets and it died a few days later from swimbladder I believe.
I checked my water perams and they are fine. (Thank God) but I am still wanting to add a small
angel to my community.

If you know of a place that I can buy one that is reliable, please let me know.

Last time I was at Scotts house, he had 2-3 thousand  staple sized angels :)

city pets is one of the stores in town that imports angels and discus, both lines are likely to bring in the plague, never buy and import (or any fish for that matter) and add it to your existing tank, always use a qt tank, I will not allow an import into my building.  I lost several thousand dollars several years ago and it will never happen that way again.... cheap is not worth it...
there are several folks in the area who raise angels, check with any of them, several stores here in Houston buy from local breeders, local raised fish are usually a better bet...

Fishysue also has an angel she's giving away, I think she said about half-dollar size, which is still pretty small.  :)

Fishysue does have a nicely-colored one she's giving away.

Check out the earlier post on the Freebee Angel.  He's not perfect but is still a pretty fish.  I also have other gold marbles, some golds, & smokeys for sale.

These angels were raised from eggs in my tanks and are healthy.
