liveBronze Ramshorn Snails
This listing is for 7 various size/age freshwater bronze colored Ramshorn. Snails ranging from pea size juveniles to nickle size adults. These cute little brown snails can be used in aquariums or ponds and make a great small size clean up crew. large as a quarter. Like common pond snails they can sometimes be prolific so their colony size may have to be thinned out at times. Their diet consist of decaying matter and algae so uneaten fish food won't be left to foul up your water with these snails on the prowl and they can be fed slices of organic veggies to supplement their diet. Generally they don't eat living parts of plants and will actually help with keeping them pruned by eating the dieing and already dead leaves off but as with any snail if other food is scarce they may eat the live parts as a last resort. They're also cold water hardy and have the instinct to hibernate during the winter if kept in garden ponds.
I gladly accept PayPal or cash
please note:
These are domestic aquatic snails and are not an endangered or protected species. These are not imported, not exotic, and are not for human consumption.
