Jose - Just curious, what are you using that box for? Is it just a support for a light?
If so, it might be worth trying to do it yourself. It doesn't have to be water-tight, right?
I watched this video last night while doing some overflow box research. It doesn't look as hard as I originally thought. The key is smooth and flat pieces where the joints are made. The "glue" doesn't fill the voids in a joint like most glues do. It is actually a solvent that softens the acrylic so that the two pieces merge. Some people call it "welding" which is a more appropriate term than "gluing".
This video segment will show you the basics of gluing acrylic. The concepts shown here also apply to other plastics with gluing properties similar to acrylic...
Then again, if you don't have the tools to make straight and clean cuts it might be difficult to try.Jarrod - Houston, Texas
