  • Aquarium Plants

I'm looking for low-light aquarium plants that take minimal care. Free would be great, if you're cutting down on your planted tanks,  but I'm willing to buy as well. If you have anything available, please contact me. Thanks.

You're pretty much limited on the plants that you can sucessfully grow w/ low lights.  Moses, anubias, Java are what you can use depending on your wpg.

    What's your wpg?

wpg = watts per gallon  / need to add that one to the list

I have some cripts that have done well under an flourescent aquarium light
also I have had some success with amazon sword.
wisteria grows well when properly rooted.
If you can locate your tank near a window that will help your plants a lot.
'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are but dust ...'
He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in her shrill little four-year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?'

Dorothy : How can you talk if you haven't got a brain?
Scarecrow: I don't know... But some people without brains do an awful lot of talking... don't they?
Dorothy: Yes, I guess you're right.

If there is anything available that ApocalypticToast doesn't grab, please let me know.  My new tank is still looking terribly bare and I'd appreceiate whatever anyone has to spare.  Would also be willing to buy.

            Thanks,

            Gareth
