Don Scott has been in the industry for more than 30 years now. He is one of the, if not, most knowledgeable freshwater persons I have EVER met. This man knows everything about every fish imaginable. He currently works at Fish Gallery. He has also worked at the old Village store, Fish Ranch, and so many other places I can't even remember. I dont have a picture but will try to get one soon. He is an older white gentleman that reminds me very much of Santa Clause. If you have ever had freshwater tanks, I am almost positive you have run into him somewhere, sometime.
Recently, his wife was admitted into the hospital with life threatening diseases. We are not sure she is going to make it. Out of respect, I do not want to go into details but it is NOT looking good. The medical bills are piling up and Don simply cannot afford it. Don has been one of my closest friends and he ALWAYS has a smile on his face and will spend hours talking to you and answer all questions with the best attitude.
HE NEEDS OUR HELP GUYS. I am selling a lot of my personal items and many others have already started to donate old tanks, equipment, whatever they can. This man has helped so many people get into the hobby over the past 30 years and I think its our turn to pay him back. If you would like to make a donation or even write a simple letter, please contact me and I will make sure it gets to him. I work part time and I wish I could give more. 100% of EVERYTHING posted in this sale thread will go to the Scott family. I will price things fairly high since I am trying to raise as much as I can. If you have anything you would like to donate, please contact me and I will even drive to pick it up free of charge (up to 5ft tanks) or you can simply drop it off at Fish Gallery which is located on:
