All of the sand is white. The Marco sand is very white and very soft. Each grain of the other 160lbs of sand is probably a millimeter or two in size. It's definitely bigger than the Marco sand because we had a large sand sifting goby that kept the Marco sand stirred up so the pumps would blow it around. We needed a larger grain of sand so that it wouldn't blow around.
