    Do you have other fish in the tank that you feed food too?

        BOTIA STRIATA. cant beat them. best snail eaters you can buy. or some assasin snails. but that will take forever. go with the striatas.

          [QUOTE=screename;506087]BOTIA STRIATA[QUOTE]

          They are the best.

          A close second is clown loaches. I prefer the clowns because i like the colors and size they get.

          If you need some stratas i have a few in my office tank.

            Does anyone one know of a LFS on the sw side that has those banded loaches?

              I think HAW had two in a tank somewhere last time I was in there.

                Clown loaches did not work for my MTS problem, I ended up getting rid of them and getting assassin snails.

                  Assassin's work surprisingly well, but if you just need to get some out put some zuccinni/lettuce etc... in the tank overnight and remove in the morning. You can also bait a plastic bottle w/ very small openings (keep the fish out) with algae wafers and take them out that way.

                    Haw had 3 kuhlis but no banded ones. Are they decent snail eaters?
