WTS/WTT 125 gallon tank

Need to downsize.
Sad to write this but looks like i have to downgrade since im moving to a second floor apartment and i feel like i cant trust the floor for a 125.

* story on tank : I bought it about 2 months ago from a box member for $300 and he bought it brand new from i think H.A.W. about 10 months before.
So its about a year old.

Perfect Conditions no scratches, no leaks, no tops, has black stand with four doors.

Asking Price: $300 or Offer me a smaller tank plus cash or Smaller nice tank worth the price. p.s. looking for like a 75 bowfront or similar Let me know what you have.

I have an 58g oceanic light oak tank stand and canopy, all matching, has some minor scratches, but overall in great shape, the background is painted black but can be scraped off heres pic

Looks like Leslie's pool filter sand its about 12$ for a 50 lb bag
