FS: 58 gal Oceanic with stand and 2 eheim filters SOLD

For Sale: 58 gallon Oceanic tank     NW Houston near Willowbrook Mall, 1960 & 249 area     $300

58 gallon Oceanic tank with stand, glass covers, light, stick on thermometer. Very, very clean. This is a nice size tank, 36" length x 19" width x 21" height gives a not too large footprint so it fits smaller spaces, front panel dimensions are good for planted tank compositions.

Includes two Eheim filters -- one is Eheim Pro I, model 2222, the other is Eheim ECO model 2232. Includes all media, tubing to fit this tank.

Stand has 3 doors that open for full access to base of cabinet, stained pine. Includes attached power strip/surge protector.

Can include gravel if you want it, but tank is clean now, no gravel or fish. Still running filters but has held no fish for several months.

Now, because I like to be honest, I will point out a few things.

In the photos you may notice the door on the left side shows a bit of less than correctly stained wood. This is because when we added hinges to let that panel become a door, we had to move the panel ever so slightly to the right. It would be pretty easy to nail that shut as it was before if that is a problem. Not really noticible unless you look from that side carefully, but I shot from there so if it was a problem you wouldn't waste your time coming to look at it in person.

Next, the plastic strip at the back of the glass top in not perfect. It has split a bit but holds to the glass just fine. A perfectionist might want to replace it. I tend to be a perfectionist but I fight against it and so I did not replace the vinyl strip.

The background (included) is insulated polystyrene foam board in a nice blue. The bottom of the tank is also insulated with foam. I raised discus in this and so had insulation to maintain those higher temps.

I can throw in gravel if you want, I think that is still in the attic somewhere.

I'm not really sure, let me see if there is any interest in the whole thing together first.

The 2222 retails for about $141 new and the 2232 for about $90 new and so that is a large part of the value of this. Give me some time to see interest levels.

37 1/4 x 19 x 27 tall -- stand dimensions

I will probably let this advertise in the Chronicle as a set before I sell it separately.

Too many parts and peices of things laying about already!
