65g reef break down/ part out

OK so im gonna start getting rid of my equipment, I have a 36" 4 bulb t5 ho with uvl bulbs. I got the fixture new for $210 and it has $100 worth of bulbs, the bulbs are about 3 months old. Will trade for a marineland 36-48 double bright led fixture or $150. Also have a tunze 9002 skimmer works great $75. 35lbs(Im sure its more, not exact weight unknown) of live rock $60.
