WTB 20-30G Tank with Stand

New hobbyist looking for a decent starter tank, and not looking to sink a bunch of money into a hobby I might or might not stick with.

Tank preferably with the following criteria:

1. 20-30G range, acrylic or glass.
2. With a stand that is black
3. Lacks a filtration system, if it has one, prefer canister.

Will request proof there are no leaks and pictures of the stand would be most helpful.

Planning to buy a tank at Petco, seemingly cheaper than what I have came across on craigslist. 39.99 for 20 Gallon and 54 dollars for 30 gallons! (Tank only, nothing else)
