Yeah i dont like the narrow, tall tanks. It would be nice for a discus tank tho.

Youd have to call/email the person selling the tank. I dont know who it is i just seen the advert.

IMO it looks like its 24" front to back, 48" across the front and 30" tall. That would make it 149.61g according to http://www.firsttankguide.net/calculator.php

Discus like long tanks to swim around in.
Thats why I am still planning on a 7' tank.

I thought they liked tall tanks. Maybe just a couple of discus and a large school of cardinals.
But i dont have the money so nm.......

It looks good to me if 24 inches wide.  The stand I think is a bit tall thats why the tank looks really tall.

So anywho, guess who is buying this tank ya all......yup......fishlady got it......and she is looking for potential buyers of the current inhabitants. I did not personally talk to the owner of the tank, but I understand there are some nice sized ANGELS, one very LARGE Gourammi, and of course, there is one very large Bala Shark in there.

If anyone is interested in any of these fish, please contact fishlady or myself sometime in the near future. We do NOT have the tank or fish at this time, but most likely will have them late saturday afternoon sometime.
Shoot me or fishlady a pm if you have any questions.

CF, Id buy the goldmarble/koi Angel in the third picture. How much do you want for it(assuming you buy the tank)

This is a list of the fish the seller has put together for Fishlady.

1 Bala shark - approx 10 inches - he is about 5 years old
1 Red tip shark - approx 4 in.
                        2 angel fish - approx 3 - 5 in.
1 Rafael - approx 6 in. - he is about 5 years old.
4 Gray fish - 3 inches - school fish, don't know what they are
                        1 Catfish - approx 5 inches
1 Gourami - approx 6 inches - he is about 5 years old
                        2 small catfish
There might be a couple of smaller fishes that I have forgotten about.

We have no idea yet, what kind of fish are in this tank for sure, you can make us/her an offer and we'll go from there. I do know we would love to find good homes for most of them, as we are not planning on keeping them all.  I'd say that Bala Shark is more like 15 inches myself.

That's a PetsMart tank, I have one just like that one, stand and all! I keep 10 discus and dither fish. Hard to clean, need a ladder. but a nice tank all the same.

                              EK,

That's not a bad idea, but where would they stay until NOV? We're going to pick up the tank today, and will have to use or current tanks to house these fish, until homes can be found for them.

                              MORE LATER
