Male Blood parrots are infertile, the females are fertile. But you don't have to take my word for it, just watch this vid
I also breed Flowerhorns, they're hybrids as well yet they reproduce readily

I have a pair and I think I have one of each. One stays orange all the time but the other moves rocks and goes from deep orange to almost white and gets real territorial over her "area". @Cichlidfarm, judging from your avatar, I see you're against hybrids. Well, I've been on too many debates with "purists" to know that they just hate hybrids because well.. they just do.
