two places for blue phantoms...first up houston aquarium warehouse...i believe they where 30 bucks.
second EXTREME fish and pets (sorry, i can't resist screaming the EXTREME bit whenever we go there ) theyre on bellaire just past the beltway...i think they where nearer 50 bucks there but the blue in their tails was WAY more intense, they looked much nicer so maybe worth the extra. also if you're a pleco fanatic (welcome to the club!) fish gallery is certainly expensive but they hhave some beautiful plecs in atm, some really white leopard frogs, a HUGE goldie (he's 300 though #unsmileyface) and some smaller goldies which are bizarrely white as well...theyre hugely expensive as well though...70 for every interesting pleco.
EXTREME also had some snowballs, gold nuggets and a few other interesting plecs (not just common plecs and BNs) so theyre well worth a trip out i think.

(i'll tell you more if you come pic up these plants ;-) )

Try Fish Land too, they almost always have them.
