I have a metal halide fixture with 3 175w bulbs (10k bulbs) and 4 55w Power Compact Bulbs, comes with everything! Ballast to run the MH, 220w Ballast to run the PC's and two fans on either side of the fixture. The only thing missing are the PC bulbs. In great condition, measures 63 inches long, 8 inches tall, and 12 inches wide. Nicely incased with plexiglass shield. Well over $1,000 new at Fish Gallery.

I also have a set of VHO lights that only got used for a couple weeks, had an issue with the first ballast and switched to a different brand in hopes of better reliability. While I was waiting for it to arrive I bit the bullet and purchased the light listed above. So the ballast is brand new, and the bulbs have a couple weeks worth of use on them. Comes with a (brand new 10k bulb (spare)), 3 super actinic bulbs and a 10k bulb.
