He is SOLID BLUE!!!  The one that I have that is questionable looks like it might be a male too.  He is looking like this one did when I thought it was a female...LOL.  I'll sell you the dominant male and confirmed female for $10.00 if you would like and I'll keep the questionable one.

Orange Peacocks, Rusties and Regals are GONE.  Thanks Redman, Illicit, and Juan respectively for taking these guys off my hands.

Still have the Sunshine Peacock pair left and they are doing the "dance" if ya know what I mean.  Blue/Red Hybrid pair still left as well.  These guys will need to be gone this week because I not be available this weekend.
