Cheap when you order from bigals/drfosterandsmith. If you want to just try, petco has the small containers. If its for the vics, I wouldn't bother, they're more than big enough for the 1mm. "Grow" formula is just a fancy way of saying 1/2mm, pretty sure the exact same stuff as the cichlid formula in it

Whats the difference between the regular and thera A and grow?... because they have the regular nls in .5mm too...

Thera-A has more garlic, which I believe is better for the fishes digestive system. Not sure 100% though
