I have pretty easy growers so far but would like to eventually have a carpet of dwarf hairgrass or moss or something similar. Would this work?

Lol my bad. I sorta meant it as a question if the light would be sufficient for me to grow foreground plants for that tank. Haven't decided on exactly what but I do want something to carpet the bottom of my tank
