Those are all the same type of fish? Males are pretty while females arent so much?

You have to remember i only keep the 'norm' fish.

I'm sorry, I didn't comprehend your question.....

Yes, the Male are gonna be the nice ones with color and the females tend to be more plain but still have a nice color, not brown or tan like most other cichlid females.
