What do you think? They are newly separated, so it'll need time/TLC to reshape.

Yeah, they do that when they get pinched off! hahah I was just going to let them grow a bit, trim it up symmetrical when it beefs up, but it's your call. No offense taken in you don't want! :)

I've got a ten gal. Tank, half a bucket of river pebble, a light hood, filter, and heater. Chinese algae eater, juvenile guppies.

Won't Excel kill the Marimo ball? It killed the one I had within 12 hours.

Hey Q. Hook me up with some of that moss! I have a small bottle of Excel, which is probably not what you want... various liquid ferts... and 2 gold otos. And money?

Huh. I don't think so...I dose with Excel, and it's never hurt our Marimos.

I'll trade you a portion of the flame moss for the marimo, will you be at the GHAC meeting?

No sir. No SAE's for me. Golden otocinclus. I believe otocinclus vestitus. Will send a pic tomorrow by text if you want. Otherwise no worries. One day I shall have moss again!

Very. But with a gold color rather than black/gray/white. When they get older, they get a leopardish or tiger-like striation pattern.
