  • For Sale: Complete 250w MH Retro

I received my ballast today via ups - only a few days too late - impulse led me to upgrade to 400W when a cheap opportunity arose! So my loss is your gain - particularly if you're a fishbox member ;-) (marsh loses out due to it's pay-to-do-anything policy)I've listed this on Craigslist for $150, advert can be seen here;http://houston.craigslist.org/for/2861444007.htmlI'll let it go for $125 for a HFB member :-)832-531-1212edit - should have added, willing to deliver within a reasonable distance

I think i can dig out a mogul socket, POS reflector and a 14k reeflux SE, makes a very cheap, but very pretty light blue colored retro. take it off my hands

Hmmm... is it a magnetic or electronic ballast?

it's the standard aqualight pro 250w ballast, in all honesty, i'd assume magnetic

it's rand new however, so it runs perfectly silent and almost instantly burns

Oh I didn't know the difference. Only coralife I've owned was the 3x250 fixture.

it's a brand new ballast, it was used on a 36" single 250 plus actinics, when i search for that it comes up with DE bulbs...BUT...it powers both as its connected to SE bulbs right now.
