No it wasn't the hose, it was actually the double tap connector (quick disconnect). When you open the valves on the quick disconnects you expect it to open and allow the water through however the valve on one of the quick disconnects remained closed no matter what position the valve was in.
I advise him to disconnect the double tap connectors and physically look at it while it was in the open and closed position to see if they were working properly. One of the ball valves needed to be physically opened because it remained closed. Once that was figured out, it worked right away.
So it's missing the spraybar and one of the quick disconnects?
I don't know if it is actually "missing" one of the quick disconnects but it certainly needs to be replaced if it remains in one position and needs to be physically opened whenever you close it. I think he said its missing the spray bar.
