Do your cpos eat plants like dhg or hc? Might keep them in my planted or I might go for pumpkin shrimp

CPOs do not bother plants or shrimp. I've had mine in my planted CRS tank all this time and never notice either nor uprooting of plants.

I have crypt parva, blyxa japonica, vallisneria, crypt nurrii, HM, mini pellia, fissiden and other mosses and nothing is bothered. These are much brighter than sunkist/sakura.

Should be fine, I have them holding in a 2.5g right now and my pair are in with my CRS with temps at 72-74f

If you have hiding places you could do a pair but just watch them when they molt since that's when they go after each other.
