You're right about that. Flower horns are beasty, and really expensive. Even if someone offers you the flower horn, if you don't like it, you can take that to lfs and get a good trade. And btw, tran is at xtreme fish and pets. Good guy. Might be worth the trip to check the store out.

Actually, FH's are quite inexpensive if you're just looking for a wet pet. FH fry go for as little as 8-15 bucks. However, if you get into the FH game and like the high quality stuff, thats when it gets expensive. Honestly, if you really want a nice FH, order from stores in California. I got a 3"er for about 40 bucks = shipping which made it about 80 ish? Still beats paying 120+ in Houston LFS's. If you need a site, I can always recommend one.

@OP: Sorry for derailing your thread.

They have them at petsmart on 1960 for like 10 bucks. Cichlids are boring. People always have to show me thm feeding feeders like it was their idea. And I don't really care enough for them to do that. Already wasted money time and space to save their lives. I did my part.

Flowerhorn is fancy blood parrot to me. Who wants and inbred fish with a deformed swim bladder. Abnormal spine. Cant close its mouth. Very mean cause they are retarded .They have special food for them. Wiki it.

Yeah because in Asia theres a huge market for them. I know plenty to know about FH's. Been in the game for a while. Don't get too ahead of yourself to diss inbred fish. Because you know, the many strains of Discus, guppies, goldfish, Oscars, tetras, rams and plenty more, yeah they're inbred and "hybrids" in a sense.

ALL FISH ARE HYBRIDS IN SOME WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM. Hybrids are some of the most beatiful fish in the world.

Throw it into the bin if you are that desperate. Your comments are deterring people from buying it.

I think flower horns are lucky.

I found a bunch in the stream by my house on Chinese new year.
I ate my fish that died.

Either they want them or not. anyways I'm going to petsmart in 1960 in 30 min. They are in a bucket free. Text if you want them. Will not be released is not. They'll take them. I don't think those two fish will cause the destruction of mankind. But i do see how its not a good idea.
