Ok fooks, I picked up by a friend in Dallas a TECO TR20 1/3 hp chiller, with UV and Heater built in.
So that said I'll selling mine JBJ Arctica 1/5 hp Titanium chiller.
I bought this chiller used only 7 months and had it professionally cleaned and serviced before I used it on my 120 gallon. $360
It works as new and brings the temps down quickly.
