How about $200 for tank stand and Eheim 2213 + HOB 60 filter and everything else you will need.  The 2213 is more than enough for a 55g.

The first offer was for an Ehiem 2217 and the counter was for a 2213 that was not previously listed.

I've accumalated a lot of stuff recently.  2217 in my opinion would have been to much for that tank.  I thought it was a fair offer.

The 2217 would be fine by itself in my opinion.  But yes....a very fair offer all the same with the 2213 and 60 HOB...Whisper I'm assuming.

Red empress (4) they are 3-5" the biggest male is 5" and very colorful.  Asking $35 for all 4 make offer.
