I believe $3 a lbs for the standard rocks, $4 for tonga branches and shelves.

$3/lb is a fantastic price for a local fish store, most start at 4.99/lb, and to be honest, even if you spy a tank breakdown on CL, you'll be lucky if you can find $2/lb. the dry rock on the other hand, check out marco rocks, or something like that, it's a little cheaper but even good quality dry rock can be fairly expensive. whatever you do though, if its a reef tank, don't skimp, you CAN use holey rock, but that doesn't mean you should, the rock isn't just there for decoration, it actively balances the chemical levels in your water so go for the best you can afford. also, paying for "live" rock is more expensive, but well worth it when you start to see your hitchhikers start to come out of hiding!
